We founded Lucky Ones Home with one goal in mind: giving our customers a fair, rewarding and enjoyable shopping experience. We are human too. So, in case you're having any doubts about your newfound discovery, we fully understand. At Lucky Ones Home we are more than happy to help you exchange or return your product. Returns

Sometimes you might want to return a product or order. Maybe you don’t like the product after all or there might be another reason why you'd want to return the order. Whatever the reason, you have the right to return your product or order without reason within 14 days after delivery.

​ You will get a refund the total value of your order, including shipment costs. You will only have to pay for the shipping costs involved when returning it to Lucky Ones Home - which is around £ 6,95. Please consult your chosen carrier to get the exact amount of costs involved.

If you are using your right of withdrawal, the product(s) and its belongings - and if reasonably possible - in original state and packaging, need to be returned to Lucky Ones Home. To use this right, contact hello@luckyoneshome.com We will refund your order within 21 days of your message, under the condition the returned products are returned in original packaging, are unused and in damage-free condition.

 

In case the returned product or packaging is more damaged than needed to try the product, we are able to pass-on the devaluation of the product. Please treat the product with utmost care and make sure it’s well packed for shipping.

Exchanges

Would you like to exchange your product? We’re happy to help you with your request. Please send an email to hello@luckyoneshome.com with your order number, the product(s) you want to exchange and the reason of exchange. We are happy to help you out with a different size, color or product. Let us know which product we need to reserve for you and use the return policy above to return your product. Once we’ve received your return, we’ll ship out the new product. Please note that we don’t cover the costs for shipping exchanges and returns.

SHIPPING 

At Lucky Ones Home we currently ship throughout The UK.

Want a speedy delivery? Contact us to see how we can arrange an express service. Do not hesitate to contact us in case you have got any questions.

We aim to deliver your order as soon as possible. Orders with a UK delivery address placed on weekdays before 18:00 we try to ship the next day. However, sometimes products are not on stock which might delay the delivery. If for any reason we are not able to ship within 48 hours, we will inform you as soon as possible. Shipment costs appear at the checkout procedure when finalizing your order.

UK deliveries

UK orders will be shipped through a recognised courier second class signed for. The delivery will usually take place the next working day between 09:00 and 18:00. We cannot guarantee the exact moment of delivery. 

At this time, we are not able to deliver during weekends. UK orders placed during the weekend (Saturday, Sunday) are offered to our carrier on Monday and will be delivered within 1-3 days. We work with a flat-fee standard rate of £ 3.99 per total delivery. In case you would like to speed things up, contact us through email and we will happily have a look at the options available.

Free shipping is available for UK customers with a minimum order of £40.

EU deliveries

Unfortunately we currently do not offer EU deliveries.

Worldwide Deliveries

Unfortunately we currently do not offer worldwide shipping. Please contact us in case you'd really like to have us deliver your favorites outside the EU as we're always happy to help. Contact us via hello@luckyoneshome.com or fill in our contact form on our contact page.
